I've seen most previews with people playing with the Wii Remote Nunchuck or Pro Controller. The gamepad is like an after thought. I think its being proven that the gamepad was a terrible idea especially tying it to the total identity of the console. Maybe they should have sold the Gamepad like they did Wii Fit, make it separate or bundle it for those who see value in it. The rest of us who don't wouldn't be off put or repulsed by it.
In any case, I'm looking forward to one day trying this game out. And looking forward to the change in direction Nintendo might be considering.

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.
If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.
