On a more positive note for Wii U I just noticed NSMBU has crossed the million mark, partly bundled yes but people did buy the bundle for that game so I still find that rather impressive for a console with a 1.5m userbase and even more impressive considering that only 2 PS3 titles (FFXIII and Resi 5) managed to achieve the same milestone.
Also I never knew that DKC on Wii sold over a million in Japan. Look back to the SNES also shows that the series seems very popular in Japan so maybe it'll boost Wii U there more than most expect. 150k opening for the game?
