Injustice could skip the One because it came to both the 360 and PS3.

The same won't happen for future 8th gen games. Unless you mean they will also come to 360/PS3 as well,which would reflect poorly on the new consoles anyway.

Well for the first year or two into a new gen, almost all games come out on the new and old systems. It certainly doesn't reflect poorly on the new consoles.

 

I think I'm understanding your point better now. It's not that it's worth it to make XBONE ports, but just that the PS4 version will not sell enough. Are you expecting PS4 to flop or something?
