Hindsight II: Which Console was REALLY more powerful? Playstation or N64

A better looking game would be Resident Evil 3.  Character models look just as good, one of the few PSX games that do, and while the graphics are prerendered, you use the console to the best of its ability right?  If the PSX can push better graphics by using prerendered 3D, then it's still got better graphics. 

Or Tekken 3.  Smaller environments but still a better looking game with better looking character models.

If we're talking about power, then no, it doesn't have better graphics.
