I don't think the QoL stuff will initially be fitness based per se. That would pit Nintendo against the likes of Nike, and that defeats the whole purpose of a blue ocean.
It will likely be centered around senior citizens. Japan has a giant senior population that controls the majority of the wealth in the country ... no doubt Nintendo would love to get in on that. Probably something Miyamoto wants to do too since he at age 60 might be more interested in doing that than making another Star Fox or something. And we know Nintendo basically indulges his hobbies/interests.
