I think a controller + PSN card bundle would be a great package . Advertise a bunch of eligible PSN games on the back of the package. Instead of giving the card a monetary value, simply make it good for any one game listed, or if the consumer wants a game (or content) that isn't listed, give it a fixed value. Add $5 versus the price of a standalone controller and the consumer can choose whatever they want like super stardust, pixel junk monsters, everyday shooter, high velocity bowling, etc. would be good way to ease people into buying digital content.
Alternatively, they could do a "best of PSN" on a single blu-ray but then you have the added cost so it doesn't seem like a good idea in this context.
sony should be paying me for these ideas! i think the first one is pretty good.
