Honestly I was more surprised that Rayman was ever exclusive than that it went multiplat.  And I think you put too much stock into things being exclusive.  It just isn't going to happen when the console is doing as poorly as it is.  They aren't going to get top dollar exclusive efforts.  It doesn't make any sense to do that on a platform that seems to be suffering.  Just like I don't expect Monster Hunter to show up on Vita, and I'm not going to stop buying all third party games because of it.
