we are less thatn three months into the new consoles and people aleady take a price drop as granted? That is not a good sign. The next hot holiday comsole will be the one with the coolest software, and I don't think that "Halo 2, Halo 4, Halo Horizon, Halo 5, Halo 2015" will cut it for one comptitor. Sony is in a better position right now. They weazled their way out with a minimum of first party titles during launch amd have a deeper pipeline for the holidays. I wonder what Wonderbook et al, for example, is doing in that regard...

Well based off publishers and even Sony themselves we can expect a shorter console life and with the consoles being pretty uch mid grade PC parts they will drop in price to manufacture fairly quick also. So with those two thing I expect to see both consoles in the 300-350 range by 2015 holiday.

You basically want the console in 1 or 2 years to drop 40% and be selling by what X360 was selling after the same time with a smaller starting price???  You would make a great investiment, for the buyers.
