That's exclusively Moonguard (even after connected realms).

There are more than 1 RP server.

Perhaps on the US servers, there is a massive array of RP and RPpvp servers in EU too but you'd really want to just quickly get past the first 20 lvls unless you fancy a bit of furry yiffing in the starter inns....
