I'd really doubt it. With time the XBONE could easily run all its launch games in 1080p as devs get a better handle on the device, but with time the launch games will also begin to look outdated as graphics are pushed even farther. If a new multiplat next year is pushing the PS4 and just getting 1080p 30fps, no way is the XBONE version going to have the same resolution.
Personally I expect the difference between the two to increase over time.
