Nintendo has been very slack with the VC for the last couple of years. They supported the hell out of it for the first several years on the Wii and then releases slowed to a trickle despite there being many older titles still out there begging for release. Retro gaming is huge, and TBH the VC was one of the main draws of the Wii for me. It'd be nice if Nintendo doubled down on it and gave us more releases. |
It kind of makes we wonder how profitable it was for Nintendo. After they got past the big hitters, it makes me wonder if it just became small potatoes to them. Like maybe they decided they had better uses of their time.
Sucks as a gamer though.
