If it were to maintain around 25k a week it might do that in october, but like you said, it will decline. As ps4 gets more attention, the ps3 will also decline more and more. My guess is it wont happen this year, but probably sometime next year. Possibly spring.
Its crazy that of the three major regions, we have three different winners this last gen.
