The Wii U is starting to remind me of the Vita. Little support save for the ocassional big 1st party game and a bunch of indie stuff and ports. The main difference is, Nintendo's 1st party games are bigger deals than Sony's and the ports Nintendo is selling on the Wii U are about 20 years older.
