Possibly because almost every store I go to here on Long Island, New York whether it be Gamestop, Walmart, Target, Circuit City, Sears, etc... have had XBox360's (Arcade, Elite and Pro Models) in stock since early February. I am also curious how a console that has been out for over 2 years all of a sudden has supply constraints now, yet is selling less than the PS3. I just don't see it. Your telling me that after a Christmas in which is sold less than the PS3, it has no stock left? They keep on claiming shortages, yet have no proof to back it up seeing as how stores have them in stock. Only thing I know for sure is that my brother works at Sear's and said for a while in early February the Pro and Elite consoles would sell a few short hours after they came in, only because they recieved between 4-6 of each per week. Although now he says they have no problem keeping them in stock. I love my 360, but I call BS on Microsoft. |
The PS3 outsold the 360 in the US during Christmas? I could've swore the numbers showed things were the other way around. That was the whole reason MS had shortages. They said they underestimated Holiday/Post-Holiday sales. So being that Sony stuffed the channel with PS3's they had plenty to go around.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
