Some on-rails shooters can be fun, like Sin & Punishment and Panzer Dragoon Orta. Some on-rail games like Final Fantasy XIII and Other M to an extent however are not what should happen to certain franchises. Call of Duty can be on-rails as well and it's boring and easy.
