no i read it, it was just a repetition of of what they've already been saying, but still no concrete numbers to back it up. 

isn't anectodal evidence enough, especially from those who were observing the industry back then? Besides I doubt anyone can to be find numbers for the 90's. What you are asking for is unreasonable.
