I'd be surprised if it didn't. They already have the translations for the three games that they can put in with nearly zero effort. It's not like a new game, where money has to be spent on translating everything and renaming characters.

And if they follow the digital only model that DD did, they could get it over here with virtually zero localiation costs. 

Adding a translation would take less than zero effort, seeing how the Japanese release of the game includes an English-language option.
