As long as Sony keeps up adding PS3-, PS4- and Vita-titles to the Instant Game Collection every month, many PS+ subscribers with only one of these systems should be stimulated enough to invest in one or even two of the other two systems.
No need to drive the cattle customers to another system by killing the old one.
