Injustice came out on the PS4 7 months after the simultaneous 360/PS3/WiiU release. Ps4 version has sold 170k in just 2 months, while the WiiU version has sold 80k in 9 months

The PS4 had just launched, new owners are hungry for games.

Now you're just coming up with excuses. By your logic Most Wanted U didn't sell due to it coming out months after it's initial release on 360/PS3, so Injustice should'nt have sold on the PS4 due to it being available on other consoles for months. Wii U has a bigger install base than PS4/X1, yet 3rd party games sell higher on PS4/X1, not just "hardcore" games like ACIV or COD, but family games like LEGO Marvel, too. Just Dance and Sylanders are selling higher on the WiiU than PS4/X1, but not by much.

Attach rates are always inflated in the first two months or so fater launch.

So then why didn't Darksiders 2 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 sell well? Nothing is wrong with those WiiU versions and are actually superior to their PS3/360 counterpart due to Darksiders having the DLC on the disc and Tekken having mushroom mode & Nintendo character skins. Darksiders should've sold well on the WiiU, cause that's where the Zelda audience is at, and Darksiders is basically a Zelda game, but with different characters and a better combat. Nintendo also released a non-broken version of Ninja Gaiden 3 and it still didn't sell well. The attach rates should've been high like you said, yet those games didn't sell

My question to you is why do you care so much about how much it will sell or not on the Wii U?

To prove that the assumption of 3rd party games selling poorly on the Wii U due to being

  • late
  • "lazy"
  • expensive or poor value

are completely false.

But still, what's the big deal with rather or not third parties sell on Nintendo consoles? Who cares? Just play whatever games you like.

Developers are unable to make games for Wii U very quickly due to weak hardware which requires more time to optimize the game buts its easy for PS4/Xbone one due to PC like architecture and powerful. So, games can be made very quickly in PS4/Xbox one with less effort and good details but Wii U needs to suffer from less resolutions/details and needs more to optimze the game to look better. I don't blame 3rd party for doing some lazy ports with Wii U because they have limited budget and time to risk more efforts on it and if it fails to meet their expectations after hard work then they will be doomed, so its Nintendo fault by providing weaker hardware and architecture compared to competition. What is the advantage that Wii U have for 3rd party developers compard to PS4/Xbox one to make more games.

GAMING is not about spending hours to pass/waste our time just for fun,

its a Feeling/Experience about a VIRTUAL WORLD we can never be in real, and realizing some of our dreams (also creating new ones).

So, Feel Emotions, Experience Adventure/Action, Challenge Game, Solve puzzles and Have fun.

PlayStation is about all-round "New experiences" using new IP's to provide great diversity for everyone.

Xbox is always about Online and Shooting.

Nintendo is always about Fun games and milking IP's.
