Things you'd like to see happen with VGChartz in 2014

     What the subject says..  What are the things you'd like to see happen with VGCHartz in 2014? I have quite the list..

            1. Monthly Ban Report returns- I loved those threads a lot.. They nicely showed the banned users ( excluding the spambots.. they never get love), the post/ thread that got them banned and the amount of time they got banned. The replies were normally pretty funny to read as well. I am not forcing Barozi ( or any other mod for this matter) to return to doing these threads, but I am just saying that it would nice to have them again. This would also help the people who don't look up the " Banned" section.

          2. Badges get fixed- I know this has been an issue for quite a while now, but  that  doesn't make it OK. This is not a serious issue or anything, but I am just saying that  there shouldn't be anything that is  not functional on this site.

          3. Database work returns- This ties in with the badges.. I've seen a thread that is a year old by Gilgamesh saying how  newer users are not contribuing that much  since older users seem to have more badges.. Well, for newer users to even have chance at having more badges they should be able to work  on the Database..  For example.. Look at the users with the most badges.. Chances are those users wouldn't even be close to being in the top 10 if it wasn't for the Database ( looking at you Fab_GS)

          4. Adding games in your collection- I can't even add 3D World and Pikmin 3 to my collection.. nuff' said.

         5. Community/ mods- This is pretty self explanatory.... This place gets VERY annoying at times.. Not going to give out  names, because  the people that start up flame wars know who they are so I am not even going to bother... This place needs more fun.. There is a good chunk of fun in this place, but it gets overshadowed by  Wii U doom thread #56 or PS4 is killing it thread #45.. We get it.. The Wii U is not doing that well and the PS4 is kicking its ass.  There is no  need to make  a hundred fucking threads about the same  damn topic.

          I was reading the semi-lurkers thread the other day and the people who were saying this  are pretty much spot-on..  This place needs more fun.. Having Galaki make joke threads or badgenome make funny comments just doesn't cut it anymore.. We need that crazy motherfucker WessleWoggle to make bizzare, yet charming threads like he used to. We need Carmina to make  funny threads like she used to. We need good posters like Squilliam and Khuutra to come back and make conversations more interesting once again.

          We need more people like Johnlucas and Gilgamesh that make outrageous predictions ( I have seen some crazy predictions here, but not outrageous).. Point is that we need more fun. Simply that.

           Regarding mods.... I  made a thread regarding former mods and I saw Maxwell and MontanaHatchet get some love.. This  probably means that they should be re-hired.  I am not very familiar with Maxwell ( I wasn't here during his peak sadly), but from I have seen in the " Post your moderation" thread, his moderations were pretty fair and balanced. I feel like some of the current mods are too harsh and sometimes ban for  small things ( not my case). Same can be said about Monty. Pretty balanced and calm.  Maybe re-hiring them as mods will make them more active again as well..
