That's exactly the problem, their consoles (except wii) have no other values than first party software to customers. And people are starting to be tired of first party nintendo title (Let's be honest, it's been the same thing since 64 except a few title).
To me nintendo's main problem is having the same people working on the same IPs for 20-30 years. Nothing feels new with nintendo, except the hardware that's not as interesting as competition (except for wii, once again)
