No, but the prediction was (PS4+XBONE)>3DS. Not PS4>3DS and XBONE > 3DS. It was really just a counter prediction to POE's.

another user predicted that 3DS will beat xb1 and ps4 combined, he is just calling him out on his insane prediction.
