I really would rather Nintendo buy something old than resurrect their old franchises.
Legend of Dragoon comes leaping to mind. Can you imagine Legend of Dragoon 2 with Wii controls? I thought so. Unfortunately, it's kinda unlikely Sony would ever sign that one off, even if they haven't used it in two generations and appear to have no plans to use it in the future.
