This has spread to the rest of Europe as well by the way, Nintendo is the weakest here, something that was TOTALLY different 4 short years ago!
If Nintendo doesn't get it's act together, this will happen in the US as well. Japan will probably be delayed a little longer though as their presence is much stronger over there.
