No way. If Nintendo tries to force 3rd parties to do anything using the 3DS's success as a threat, all of them will just go where they have more freedom, which is PSVita, just like what happened when the PS1 released. Then instead of just 1 Nintendo system with no 3rd party support, there will be 2 of them.
