Very odd user name to take here I guess you're a fan of the guy but I don't think anyone would believe that the actual boogie2988 wouldn't know which there/their/they're to use.
But yeah regarding your post, they are now paying back for the use of the infringed patent which is part of what made the 3ds such a beast, they'll continue to pay it on future sales too but at the same time Nintendo is Hardware/Software having 40m+ systems out there means they can sell a whole lot more games to a whole lot more people and it pretty much means 3rd parties would have to be nuts to not side with 3ds when it comes to making a portable game if they want to make the most back from their game.
