It's the publisher that's 'top-notch', so it could well be Minecraft being published by Nintendo. 'Triple A' isn't mentioned anywhere in the quote either.
Failing that I think Squeenix is possibly the most likely publisher as they've worked with them before and EA is out of the question. As it's not 'hardcore'/MA I reckon something to do with Kingdom Hearts
