It will be the best selling version thats for sure.
Lifetime it could do any number, and IMO million is a pretty decent estimate. The game has tons of hype for it, and it all depends how good the reception will be.
If its a true AAA+ title (read 95%+ on meta), it could even do 7 million, 5 million in the US alone.
If its only good or, god forbid, mediocre, it could go as low as 3 million. But it will still sell good numbers
