No actually it's apparently decently common that later in development companies do "urgent" hiring. It's not that they are "redesigning" anything, but rather adding manpower to things that are still in development. When will you guys understand that this is nothing new and that these job listings have been on their website since October 2012. Most of them have most likely been filled for quite some time now.
