I have nothing against homosexuality since not only do people not have a choice in their sexual preferences but even if they did I still don't understand the big deal about it. I don't see any difference in two people of the same sex having sex compared to two people of the opposite sex other than not having to worry about a pregnancy. It's really nobody else's business.
With all that being said I don't think the two main characters in Army of Two are homosexuals.
