This building was funded and paid for long before Atlus put itself up for sale.  2008.

 

Also, based on measruing the building and the expected number of floors, I figure they are paying about $280 per sq foot which is about what you'd expect for the region.

That is an excellent point.

I still think they should buy SEGA though. ^^
