Anyone else missing the Wi-fi with anyone options button on SSBB?

I found, what I did find on GameFaqs forums, everyone has said deleting data works, then found on Gamespot forums that don't delete it cause it'll pop up once the servers become less congested, then on the Nintendo official forums found that it normally can take a whole day but either way not to delete data as it should be fixed but in all of them the theme is the same most of the people who can't get the Wifi options are people who bought the game midnight release and played right away.
