TBF we dont kno how'll sell as this is the first time it'll be on handheld. XY could sell 14mil-16mil lifetime. SSB on 3DS could be huge enough and edge 7-10mil and wiiu can do 3mil-7mil (im just throwing out numbers)

That said i think both will be pretty close (3DS+wiiu smash) but XY will destroy it.

my prediction XY=15mil  SSB(both)= 12mil

HHmmm, I don't know. A lot of people got SSBB and liked it a lot (my sister an example). I think SSB4 Wii U will sell amazing, at least for it's userbase!

i have no doubt that it will! SSB is my favorite franchise of all time! Now if only Nintendo had there own Kingdom Hearts game
