No it doesn't. How can you possibly believe that he means 30% of the lifetime 3DS total came from the 2DS between October 12th and November 29th? Even if the 3DS sold zero units in that time frame, then it was only at 1.5m at the 2DS launch. If 3DS sales were half of 2DS sales then it would only be at 1.18m.
