Unfortunately the only way the numbers will likely change is if Microsoft releases more current sales figures for Xbox One and the numbers are adjusted. It's annoying that Sony hides their Vita sales numbers and only gives out percentages that are useless since they never released what the original numbers were.

In the end it doesn't matter since Xbox One will eventually pass Vita in Europe.
