Star Fox could become a big gun for Nintendo if done correctly

Metroid Prime.

Not that you necisarrily did, but I find it odd that people always aknowledge Metroid Prime as being "the return of Metroid" after it's long hiatus, even though NIntenod themselves developed Metroid Fusion for GBA, and it released exactly the same day as Prime did on GC. Honestly, Fusion was a really good game, despite it's linear nature (something that cannot be said for Other M), and if anything, THAT was the true return of Metroid (seeing as it's literally titled Metroid 4), whereas Prime was a weird experiment that somehow wound up working really well.

Just saying....it's odd to me that people give Retro and Prime so much credit, when Nintendo themselves kicked ass with Metroid on GBA with Fusion and Zero Mission. Personally, I'd love to see another actual 2D Metroid game, in the vein of Super and Zero Mission.

Fusion was a great game that was critically acclaimed and sold well, along with Zero Mission.

However, Prime was even more well-recieved and became the best-selling game in the whole series. And much was made about how it was arguably more true to Super Metroid's design than Fusion was.
