I'm pretty sure that rol acknowledges that puzzles are a problem in the zelda series. I don't remember anybody liking the water temple. 

I liked the water temple. It let me explore the dungeon and have to do so in order to get the keys to continue. The whiners are just zelda babies.

OT, Ocarina artstyle is the perfect representation of Zelda.
