Sigh. ok here we go.
PS3 needs 3.38 million to achieve this target.
If the OP means "by July" (as in the end of June) then the PS3 needs to average 199k per week, which is very unlikely to happen in my opinion.
If the OP means "by the end of July" then the PS3 only needs an average of 160k per week to reach 14 million, which is very likely... so it all boils down to what the OP meant by "by July" as to whether this will happen or not.
Here is my math... if I have put any numbers incorrectly then please inform me, but I think it is ok.
PS3 needs 3.38 million: 14 million minus 10.62 million = 3.38 million.
"by July" 17 weeks till 29th June... therefore 3.38/17 = 0.199 (or 199k)
"by the end of July" 21 weeks till 27th July.... therefore 3.38/21 = 0.161 (or 160k: I rounded down because there are still 4 days left of July after the 27th)
