As for using Destiny as a gauge to suggest Activision is going to drop support, might I remind you that Activision put many games on PS3 and X360 that the Wii never saw. Development for Destiny also began back in early 2009. Long before the Wii U was even announced...meaning a "Nintendo home console" version may simply have never been considered to begin with. Also, it's not just the Wii U missing out, PC, Vita and 3DS are not under development either. One final factor to consider. Activision is now a independent of Vivendi and can put forth more support or take away support for Nintendo much faster than before. |
