i couldn't find the right words, but that's what i was thinking too.  It's great seeing those faces in a new light.

Also notice that her model is casting self shadowing on the right part of the bonnet to block the sun. 2014 could be the year of the Wii-U for me, I had yet to find a reason to pay up for a next gen machine but this looks beautiful.

Yeah, Kart 8 looks like it'll be the most graphically accomplished NIntendo game to date when it launches. Great lighting and self-shadowing.
