This could be a massive piece of news in the long run. If it wasnt for COD and GTA, the PS3 would have been a massive failure and the Xbox 360 would have been a mild success at best. The game sales prove it and Sony's awful 1st party PS3 game sales prove it. Nintendo at this point can still move 40 - 50 million consoles with Kart/Smash/Zelda and their other games but if they ever want to get to the 80+ million mark, they are going to need some help. Minecraft is aimed towards a very wide range of gamers, just like Nintendo in general, and the touch screen could make the Wii U the best console to play it on.
