I dont see the need to make that exception for the UK. PS4 is dominating there.
I'm sure Sony has more consoles allocated to the US market now that the Euro launch is behind us.
With that said, customers that are so impatient that they would get a different console are probably just as willing to make more impulse buys when they see a PS4 in stock.
