As for Japanese advertisements, that's a little tough to search for since I can't type Japanese.

I assumed that everyone with some interest in sales and video games already knew this. Apparently not. (Not directed at you, of course).

Japan always gets a nice boost this time of the year and usually has a pretty good January as well, it's not very far removed the shopping patterns in the West this time of year. Which is good, holidays are the best time in here!
