Yet he barely got Obama Care passed by using bribes (look up cornhusker kickback) and outright lies (look up you can keep your doctor and your premiums will go down) and he still has a democrat contolled senate to this day and yet he has gotten NOTHING useful done. He has proposed one or two of his own versions of a budget one of which recieved ZERO votes by his fellow democrats in congress . The democrat controlled senate has not passed a budget TO THIS DAY since he took office which is wholey unconstitutional. During the shut down we just went through (btw we have had many other shutdowns over the history of this country) he and the senate democrats declined each and every offer the republicans gave to keep the national parks and monuments open and on a case by case basis to fund just about every aspect of the government. He did however start an illegal war with NO input from the Congress (right after he was awarded a Nobel Peace prize at that), took over a private company (GM) screwed over those who were actually supporting the company by investing in it, and after was all said and done cost tax payers $10 billion in losses, and has presided over one of the slowest economic recoveries in American history. I could go on all day really but the bottom line is Barack Obama has been an ineffectual leader and a disaster as the POTUS.

He couldn't have gotten the Super Majority vote, and therefore couldn't get that much done anyways.
The nuclear option was only recently done, earlier this year.
