No idea where you're getting this from. 4HoL was developed by Matrix Software who also worked on FF3 and FF4 for DS. Bravely Default was developed by Silicon Studios who made 3D Dot Game Heroes and directed by Kensuke Nakahara who hasn't worked on 4HoL. The producer Tomoya Asano produced 4HoL, but that's about it.
