Perhaps. But yeah that is one thing I don't see Nintendo budging on. The shop would have to be under Nintendo's lock and key. I think Google could understand though, Nintendo is a game company, they need to control the gaming aspect of the device, and maybe see the value in Android getting the first real gaming phone making their OS even more diverse than Apple.
And I think Nintendo would be fine with non-gaming apps, so perhaps those could still be sold by Google.
