I think that's the case with all third party games on the Wii

25 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex Edition Wii 2009 Shooter Activision 0.93 0.40 0.00 0.14 1.47
20 Call of Duty: World at War Wii 2008 Shooter Activision 1.14 0.56 0.00 0.18 1.88
27 Call of Duty: Black Ops Wii 2010 Shooter Activision 0.75 0.42 0.00 0.11 1.27

Remind me what the install base of the Wii was again from Nov '08-Nov '10 again?  And what the Wii U's is today?

Oh, and if you bothered to post the other COD games released on the Wii starting with COD3 in '06 and ending with MW3 in '11, you'll notice a trend...

1 Call of Duty 3 Wii N/A Shooter Activision 1.15 0.82 0.00 0.22 2.20
2 Call of Duty: World at War Wii 2008 Shooter Activision 1.14 0.56 0.00 0.18 1.88
3 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare: Reflex Edition Wii 2009 Shooter Activision 0.93 0.40 0.00 0.14 1.47
4 Call of Duty: Black Ops Wii 2010 Shooter Activision 0.75 0.42 0.00 0.11 1.27
5 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Wii 2011 Shooter Activision 0.44 0.17 0.00 0.06 0.67
Total 4.41 2.37 0.00 0.72 7.49

Despite the install base increasing significantly year after year, the sales of each subsequent COD release went down, down, down, as the "core" gamer faction gradually left Nintendo for good, which is why COD, despite being one of the biggest game franchises in the world and the best selling "launch" title for PSOne, has sold so terribly on the Wii U.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
