As stated in the OP, there is a huge install base for 3DS and if Ninty were clever enough they could use Miiverse to put the Wii U " out there" and try to tap into some of that user base. I have never said Miiverse will sell Wii Us, but it can be used to reach a broader demograph, kinda like free advertising. |
It doesn't matter how much advertising you do if your system has no relevant games to begin with. The 3DS like the WII U has very similar audiences and that very same audience rejected the WII U. It doesn't matter if your question was legitimate or not, the thought of even crossing that line only meant desperation in that idea.
