It's a mistake to assume that decision was up to him. I don't think the KI devs wanted to have 10 months to build a new game from scratch either. Your vitriol should be directed a Microsoft for such decisions. That said, I'm no sure why he can't understand the disappointment. It's general expected that sequel to a racing game should have more content than it's predecessor. Similar complaints were leveled, justifiably so, at Gran Turismo 3 for having less content than GT2.
