Someone in the NPD thread posted one of famousmortimer's posts, either a tweet or a blog, where he said that the PS4 had a 200K+ lead on the Xbox One according to NPD.
Of course no one knows 100%. That's just foolish to assume anyone would know. However, these trackers have their estimations to a very close science, as well as the info from many retailers. MS and Sony can get this data from trackers, as well as making their own estimations based on shipments and restocking orders. My point is, with the info we do have (especially EU numbers), it just seems pretty obvious to me that MS just stated how much they shipped (possibly some they just shipped), labelling it as sellthrough.
